Site Allocations Plan – Revised Submission Draft Plan – 6 week Consultation running to 5pm on 26th February 2018
Leeds City Council is running a six week consultation on the Site Allocations Plan’s Revised Submission Draft Plan, which will end at 5pm on 26th February 2018.
The consultation relates only to the Revised Submission Amendments and therefore only comments relating to these amendments will be considered. Any comments submitted should set out why you do or do not believe the Revised Submission Amendment is sound.
Comments that have already been submitted in respect of parts of the Site Allocations Plan which are not subject to a Revised Submission Amendment should not be made again.
Comments relating to the following matters will be considered to be duly made if received on or before 5pm on 26th February 2018:
- Broad Location Methodology
- Specific Broad Locations Proposed in the Plan (43 Green Belt sites are now proposed as Broad Locations).
- Boundary Changes to a small number of specific sites as a result of the Broad Locations amendments
- Phasing of sites
- Soundness
The Revised Submission Amendments are in the SAP Schedule of Amendments which can be viewed by clicking here. Any comments submitted should be referenced to the specific amendment to which they relate, numbered #1 to #135 inclusive.
