Publicising the Aberford & District Neighbourhood Development Plan Habitats Regulations Assessment Screening Update and Updated Aberford & District Basic Conditions Statement
The Aberford & District Neighbourhood Plan Habitats Regulations Assessment Screening Report and the Aberford & District Neighbourhood Plan Basic Conditions Statement have been updated following a change in case law and subsequent amendments to the neighbourhood planning basic conditions. Leeds City Council is therefore undertaking an additional Regulation 16 Publicity period on the above documents.
Further information on the scope of the publicity is provided below in the Covering Note. Any representations will be made available to the Examiner and on Leeds City Council’s website so that they may consider them when concluding whether or not the Aberford Neighbourhood Plan meets the Basic Conditions.
This publicity will run between Monday 18th February and Monday 1st April 2019 (closing at 5pm).
