Council Meetings

Parish Council meetings are normally held on the third Tuesday of each month commencing at 7:00pm in St Ricarius Church.

The Annual Parish meeting is a meeting of the Parish electorate, it is held between 01st March and 01st June (LGA 1972 Schedule 12 Paragraph 14).

Agenda’s are posted on this site prior to the meeting.

If there is any issue you would like to raise with the Parish Council, please contact the Clerk who arranges with the Chair, for the issue to be considered being placed on the agenda as a correspondence item for the next meeting. Please ensure it is received before the Friday, the week before the agenda is issued which is the second week of the month.

Minutes from meetings will normally be made available on this site one week after the meeting in draft format and then as actual after they have been approved by the Council at the monthly meeting.
